Step 2: Phone Consultation – Shortly after you purchase, we schedule a phone call. On this call, we learn your goals, review what you already know, and explain what we think is possible for your family line.
We will not do anything that pushes the total above your deposit without your clear approval.
If we decide there is not enough information available to justify the full deposit, we may reduce the project size and cost so it better matches what can realistically be done.
Step 4: Deep-Dive Research (3–6 Weeks) – Our team then carries out the research, using every reasonable resource. Most projects are finished in 3–6 weeks, with variation case-to-case.
